1. Shipping Restrictions:

1.1 Legal Requirements: We adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing the sale and shipment of alcoholic beverages. It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with the legal requirements of your jurisdiction regarding the purchase and receipt of alcohol.

1.2 Age Verification: By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction and that the recipient of the shipment is also of legal drinking age. Proof of age may be required upon delivery.

1.3 Restricted Areas: Due to legal restrictions and regulations we currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland). We cannot deliver to BFPO addresses or mail-forwarding companies. We also do not ship to overseas territories (Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey).

2. Vat & Customs

2.1 VAT is payable on all online shop orders shipped to a UK address regardless of the country where the order is placed.
